Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Preop Recovery Nurse to assist in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. The role provides nursing care in accordance with physician orders and center policies, taking total responsibility for patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for surgery, monitoring recovery, and coordinating with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient care from pre-op through post-anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
• CPR required.
• ACLS required.
• Minimum one year in pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative surgical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
• Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies.
