Job summary

Arizona Digestive Institute, part of USPI, seeks a Clinical Director to manage day-to-day ambulatory surgery center operations and drive patient care excellence. You will oversee OR scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and policy development to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with Arizona RN license, a track record in leadership, clinical supervision, and program management, plus strong communication and strategic vision for a fast-paced ASC

Qualifications

• RN nurse with AZ license and leadership experience.
• Experience as clinical director or managerial role.
• Supervision and program management experience.
• Budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and clinical regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and patient management software.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude for resolving issues and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Devise clinical department strategies and plans.
• Budgeting and staffing oversight.
• Plan and oversee patient care and administrative operations.
• Recruit qualified personnel.
• Create schedules for all staff.
• Coordinate and supervise staff with constructive feedback.
• Provide staff training and development opportunities.
