Job summary

Spring Park Surgery Center, LLC in Davenport, IA seeks an experienced ASC Administrator to lead operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and team development for a high-volume specialty center.

Responsibilities include daily operations, staffing, patient flow, OR utilization, and budget management, with a focus on patient safety and exceptional experience. Must have 3–5+ years of healthcare management and preferred ASC leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an ASC or surgical setting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a team-based environment.
• Strong understanding of ASC operations, regulatory compliance, quality, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and OR utilization.
• Partner with ophthalmologists, urologists, dentists, anesthesia providers, and staff.
• Champion patient safety, quality, and infection prevention; ensure exceptional patient experience.
