Overview

The ASC Administrator is responsible for leading all aspects of clinical, operational, and financial performance for the center. This role ensures high-quality patient care, drives operational excellence, fosters strong physician and team relationships, and maintains regulatory compliance. The Administrator will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic initiatives to achieve best-in-class results.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure zero-patient-harm culture and excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical and business teams.
  • Manage P&L, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians and governing bodies to implement best practices.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in health professions (e.g., Nursing), business administration, public administration or other suitable field preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management required.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Acute attention to detail and good judgment with timely, sound decisions.

Sherman Oaks Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $81,120.00 to $117,478.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
