· Ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs, databases, and other software relevant to the job.· Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.· Previous computer experience including Epic preferred.· Proficient in the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive medical information.· Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive relations with team and customers.· Demonstrates customer-focused interpersonal skills to interact in an effective manner with health care team members, community agencies, patients, and families with diverse opinions, values, and religious and cultural ideals.· Demonstrates ability to work autonomously and be directly accountable for work.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Maintains knowledge of department purpose and services.· Ability to analyze data sets and manage issues utilizing resources and protocols.· Work independently on behalf of and in collaboration with the providers under the Bronson system for all identified responsibilities.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use fine motor skills to operate a personal computer and other office equipment and to tolerate repetitive motions. Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality work which produces very high levels of mental/visual fatigue, e.g. CRT work between 70 and 90 percent of the time, and work involving extremely close tolerances and considerable hand/eye coordination for sustained periods of time. The job produces some physical demands. The employee is frequently required to verbally communicate with others. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
