Job summary

Corewell Health's Spine Center in Grand Rapids is seeking a Full-time medical assistant to support the Physical Medicine and Rehab Spine team. You will assist with patient intake, rooming, vitals, and basic procedures, helping maintain smooth clinic flow from diagnosis to treatment.

Under supervision, you will manage EPIC In Basket tasks, schedule coordination, and phones, contributing to a patient-centered, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days.
• EPIC In basket work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, collect vitals, and assist in minor office procedures.
• Act as a team member in delivering quality patient care under supervision of a Provider or RN.
• Answer phones and support clinic flow, including EPIC In basket tasks.

Education
