Candidate must be licensed in Vermont (or eligible), BLS certified, teaching-certified, and eligible for board certification (BCACP or CSP).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (or foreign equivalent).
• ASHP Accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residencies completed.
• VT pharmacist license (or eligible).
• BLS certification.
• Teaching Certificate completed.
• Eligible for board certification (BCACP or CSP).
• CITI Program training completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the specialty pharmacy patient management program for gastroenterology and hepatology patients.
• Work onsite in Burlington, VT.
• Educate pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, providers, and nurses.
• Navigate insurance access issues for specialty medications, infusions and non-specialty meds.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects.
