Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring an Ambulatory Services Housekeeper for full-time and part-time evening shifts at Wellspan Health in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on cleaning and disinfecting ambulatory facilities, including patient areas, exam rooms, and restrooms, with strict attention to safety and quality standards.

Shifts include full-time evenings from 5:30 pm to 1:30 am and part-time evenings from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Evening shift availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, sills, and ledges.
• Cleans floors and carpets; performs spot cleaning.

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time AMBULATORY SERVICES HOUSEKEEPER positions.
• Location: Wellspan Health - 780 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17403. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 1:30 am. Part time schedule; Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 1 year of previous related experience is preferred.

• Pay Range: $14.00 per hour to$15.00per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
