Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse Ambulatory for Manchester Urology in Nashua, NH, full time. The RN provides patient- and family-centered care in an ambulatory setting, applying the nursing process to promote safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an NH RN license (compact accepted) with BSN preferred, BLS on orientation (ACLS preferred). Shift is M-Thu 8:15–5, Fri 8:15–4.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• NH Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license.
• BLS qualification during orientation; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients and families using the nursing process.
• Creates a therapeutic, caring environment for patients and families.
• Engages patients/families in goal setting and plans of care.
• Ensures seamless care across shifts and settings with evidence-based practice.
