Cleveland Clinic is seeking an RN Ambulatory Team Lead in Beachwood, OH to coordinate daily operations and oversee care delivery across ambulatory settings. You will educate caregivers, support team growth, and drive patient experience improvements.

Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, and 2 years of RN experience, with BLS certification. This is a full-time day-shift role based at Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in various ambulatory settings.
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care.
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers.
• Assist in preparing department-specific education.
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience, and safety.
