Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to support Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Hooksett, NH. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5:00pm, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensure: New Hampshire RN or Compact State RN license.
• Technical Certification: Ability to obtain BLS during orientation and maintain; ACLS preferred.

• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, and communicates the plan of care for input.
• Uses current evidence and standards to guide practice and identify improvements.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice with clinical decision making and critical thinking.
