Job summary

Penn Medicine Radnor is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse II. The RN will practice as a full partner on the health care team, delivering patient-centered care in the ambulatory setting using the nursing process and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required qualifications include an RN license with a Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred) and 15+ months of nursing experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS per specialty are required, with opportunities for professional growth and CQI involvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ASN from an accredited school of nursing with 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience (required).
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing with 15+ months relevant professional nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a full partner on the health care team.
• Apply the nursing process to meet patient needs across the lifespan.
• Demonstrate competence in Continuous Quality Improvement, Evidence Based Practice and Safety.
