Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care under physician supervision and within RN scope.
• Manage patient flow, prep and monitor vital signs, administer medications as directed.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure appropriate services and care goals.
• Document care coordination activities in the medical record and maintain patient safety.
• Participate in staff meetings and maintain HIPAA compliance.
