Job summary

Elliot Health System in Bedford, NH is seeking an attentive Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care to patients and families in a family medicine setting. You will work Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, collaborating with a team of providers dedicated to holistic care.

The role emphasizes patient/family involvement, evidence-based practice, and ongoing learning; NH RN license, BSN preferred, BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State RN license.
• Ability to obtain BLS during orientation and maintain; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment.
• Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
• Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
