Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• BSN required within 7 years of hire (encouraged otherwise for certain lines).
• Experience in ambulatory setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Annual Wellness Visits for assigned patients from arrival to discharge.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations to support patient care and team collaboration.
• Work a day shift with a 40-hour weekly schedule in a small clinic setting.
