HealthPoint Family Care in Florence, KY seeks an executive leader to oversee revenue cycle, credentialing and billing in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in ambulatory revenue cycle, with 5+ years in leadership, hands-on experience with denials, appeals, A/R follow-up and payment posting, and CPT/HCPCS/ ICD-10-CM payer rules.

A Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, or finance is required; MBA or MHA preferred, with strong Excel and reporting

Formación

• 10+ years of ambulatory revenue cycle experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with denials, appeals, A/R follow-up and payment posting.
• Deep knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, NCCI edits and payer rules.
• Advanced skill with practice management systems, clearinghouses and payer portals.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue cycle teams and related credentialing and billing functions.
• Work alongside staff in the queue to drive root-cause process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of A/R reporting and cash analyses.
• Stay current with payer rules and coding changes.
