Job summary

RPh on the Go is seeking a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to work in an ambulatory outpatient retail environment. The shifts run 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday through Friday for specific dates October 21 and October 23.

You will manage a daily script volume of about 100 prescriptions using Epic Willow and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure safe outpatient care. The role offers per diem scheduling with eligibility for healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals where applicable,

Qualifications

• Illinois pharmacist license required.
• Experience in retail pharmacy settings preferred.
• Epic Willow familiarity is a plus; training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure proper workflow in a busy outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support outpatient pharmaceutical care.
