Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking an ambulatory Physician Assistant to support the Incidentaloma Institute's clinic and multidisciplinary teams. The PA will work under direct supervision, manage routine orders, triage referrals, and contribute to the care pathways in a hybrid clinic model.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program, and is NCCPA PANCE eligible with Massachusetts licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• NCCPA PANCE eligibility and MA licensure required on hire; MA license and NCCPA certification proof.
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and DEA registration if prescribing medications.
• Experience in similar clinical setting preferred; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging; develop diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Prescribe and dispense medications; counsel patients and families.
• Triage referrals, coordinate with subspecialties, and manage hybrid clinic visits.
• Document care in EMR and ensure compliant patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to coordinate care.
