Job summary

Des Peres Square Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our full-time team in Des Peres, MO.

The Circulating RN provides nursing care before, during, and after surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and intraoperative circulation. Strong clinical judgment and clear communication are essential; weekday shifts with some evenings, no holidays or weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Circulating RN provides nursing care during surgery, including patient positioning, prepping, and circulating the case.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to support timely case flow.
• Work weekday shifts with no holidays or weekends; some evenings may be required.
