Job summary

Destin Surgery Center is hiring an Operating Room Nurse (RN Circulator) on a PRN basis. The Circulator provides nursing care during surgery, including positioning, prepping, and circulating the case across surgical specialties.

Required: graduate of an accredited RN program, active RN license in the state, BLS/ACLS/PALS as needed, at least 1 year of Circulator experience, and the ability to make nursing judgments. Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient during procedures.
• Prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
