UCSF Health is seeking an advanced practice provider to join the ambulatory care Cancer Center Infusion APP team. You will care for 50-75 patients daily across infusion centers and the Cancer Acute Care Clinic, triaging symptoms and coordinating with physicians and staff for timely treatment.

The role requires California RN/NP licensure with furnishing number, NP board certification, and AHA BLS/ACLS; flexibility to work across multiple UCSF Health facilities is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Triage clinical concerns in real time and ensure continuity of care with the care team.
• Provide care at Infusion Centers and the Cancer Acute Care Clinic (CACC).
• Coordinate hospital admissions or urgent evaluations when higher level care is needed.
• Maintain adherence to UCSF policies and participate in onboarding sessions.
