Job summary

Patient First is seeking a nurse to implement policies, provide high-quality ambulatory nursing care, and assist physicians in emergencies. The role emphasizes safe medication administration, patient-friendly interactions, and teamwork across centers.

Candidates should have a nursing license in VA/MD/PA/NJ, be 18+, and possess strong clerical and communication skills. Prior hospital or physician office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse in VA, MD, PA and NJ.

Responsibilities

• Implementing Patient First's policies and procedures.
• Provide nursing care in ambulatory setting to individuals and families.
• Administer medications; know dosage, actions and side effects.
• Assist physician in all emergency cases.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service in all interactions.
• Foster teamwork and a professional atmosphere.
• Complete other duties as directed.
