Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking an Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting. You will provide professional nursing care under supervision, guided by the organization’s caring philosophy and shared governance.

The role requires clinic experience, KSBN-licensed LPN, and BLS within 90 days of hire, with strong EMR skills and commitment to patient rights and confidentiality. On-site work with a focus on teamwork and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
• Experience providing patient care is preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse with KSBN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
• Proficiency with EMR is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents; strong documentation and communication skills.

• Collaborate with care team to develop an individualized plan.
• Implement the plan through coordination of care and health-promotion strategies.
• Promote infection prevention through standard precautions.
