• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and MA RN licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience in physician office or outpatient setting.
• Strong nursing knowledge with patient assessment and triage abilities.
• Proficient in documenting vital signs and clinical information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting using evidence-based practices.
• Perform patient assessments, document clinical information, and identify changes in condition.
• Triage patient concerns and relay information to providers for timely interventions.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill management.
• Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and diagnostic testing as ordered.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to support operations.
• Maintain clinical documentation in EMR and ensure confidentiality.
• Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and supplies; support staff training and onboarding.
