Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse Manager to lead strategic and operational planning for our ambulatory services in the Atlanta area. You will evaluate care and services across unit staff, providers, and learners, and set the tone for the clinic's reputation and performance.

The role requires a BSN or higher nursing degree with an active Georgia RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, and a minimum of four years in ambulatory care.

Qualifications

  • BSN or higher nursing degree; valid RN license in Georgia; ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic and operational planning for ambulatory services.
  • Evaluate care, treatment, and service delivery across unit staff, providers, and learners.
  • Provide 24/7 leadership to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and performance improvement.
  • Lead human resources, fiscal accountability, and staff development.

Job Summary

The Ambulatory Nurse Manager is responsible and accountable for overall strategic and operational planning, operations. The role is responsible for evaluation of care, treatment and services provided by all unit staff members and others i.e. providers, ancillary staff, and students. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager serves as a positive role model and sets the tone for the clinic's reputation and performance. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager provides 24/7 leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe & effective care, fiscal responsibility, human resources, patient advocacy, performance improvement.

Qualifications:
  • * BSN, Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  • * Four (4) years or more experience in Ambulatory
  • * Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • * Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • * Registered Nurse in State of Georgia
