Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a full-time Ambulatory Nurse to provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, collaborating with providers and care teams to develop individualized care plans.

The nurse will assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, document assessments, educate patients, and support families while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and BLS certification.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; 5–10 years preferred.
• Ambulatory/clinic setting experience preferred.
