Qualifications
- New York State license and active registration as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
- PA must have passing NC exam (PANCE) and current certification by NCCPA.
- NP must be certified by AANPCB or ANCC.
- Current CPR certification.
- Three years of ambulatory nursing experience preferred for NP.
