Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a Senior Director of Clinic Operations to lead ambulatory functions across the neuroscience continuum. You will translate organizational strategy into executable plans, drive quality and access, and oversee leadership of clinic managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-site ambulatory operations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across the neuroscience service line.
• Ensure quality, access, growth, and patient experience targets are met.
• Mentor direct reports and align priorities with institute strategy.
• Collaborate with medical directors and inpatient/outpatient teams to design integrated care models.
• Identify barriers to patient flow and implement sustainable improvements.
• Oversee development and execution of program growth strategies.
