Job summary

All Medical Personnel seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Ambulatory Care in Olympia, WA. This onsite contract role features a 13-week duration with a start ASAP and a weekly pay of $1,906 to $2,118. Daily hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in a 5x8 schedule, with dayshift coverage.

You will manage nurse queues in Epic, triage patient needs, and coordinate labs and infusion-related care for neurology patients, ensuring precise documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license or Compact license (in-hand at submission).
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Proficient with Epic EMR system.
• Willing to work 3 of 5 designated holidays.
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage nurse in-baskets and Epic work queues, including transcription of voicemail messages and processing of inbound faxes requiring provider review or signature.
• Triage and respond to patient phone calls and patient portal messages promptly and professionally.
• Process medication refill requests and route to providers for signature as needed.
• Coordinate and manage lab orders, imaging orders, and results, including genetic testing data entry (e.g., Invitae / GeneDx).
• Support high-acuity neurology patients, including infusion coordination.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation to support patient safety and continuity of care.
