Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or one year of Medical Assistant Experience or a current RN/LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high customer/patient satisfaction.
• Protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the clinician's direction and assist the provider with visit-related information.
• Communicate clearly with patients via telephone and in-person interactions.
