Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate, demonstrates strong communication in English, and can adapt to a dynamic clinical environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach. BLS at hire and ability to work in a team are expected.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate of Competency/Recognition in Medical Assisting (Clinical/Back Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong customer service abilities.
• BLS certification required at hire; ability to thrive in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs non-licensed medical care in an assigned outpatient clinical setting.
• Performs clerical functions to support clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
