Qualifications

• Active CA LVN license with IV Therapy and blood withdrawal certification.
• CPR/BLS certification from ARC or AHA.
• 3+ years LVN experience required.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care, clinic administration, patient flow coordination and supervision of clinic nursing staff.
• Interaction with faculty, residents, patients, and staff to maximize patient care and safety.
• Coordinate and assign tasks based on protocols and procedures.
• Supervise staff, evaluate and train staff, review timesheets and schedules.
• Ensure policies and standards are maintained at all times.
• Plan and adjust staffing to maintain operations.
• Maintain and upkeep of the practice and oversee QA processes.
