Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice per Ohio board (required).
• Proficient use of clinical equipment (stethoscope, thermometer, sphygmomanometer, monitors).
• Level II: 18 CNEs/year; 3 CNEs in clinical specialty; 5 CNEs lead to leadership.
• Level II: 3 Peer Reviews with committee involvement and 5 criteria evidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient age-specific nursing care per nursing process.
• Document thoroughly and maintain PHI confidentiality.
• Deliver relationship-based care and collaborate with team to optimize outcomes.
