Decatur Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide on-site nursing care, perform initial patient assessments, and assist physicians in patient care. Strong documentation in the EMR and clear communication with patients and team are essential.

The role requires current Illinois LPN licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work collaboratively with providers, nursing staff, and outside agencies. Sign-on bonus offered and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Current CPR card.
• Strong computer skills for documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Must possess good nursing assessment and judgment skills.
• Must have good communication skills and documentation skills.
• Must have the ability to function well with providers, nursing staff, and outside health care agencies and providers.
