Stormont Vail HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a clinic setting under supervision. This role adheres to the Jean Watson Theory and shared governance to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include clinic experience, a KSBN LPN license, BLS within 90 days, and strong EMR skills. The position is full-time with first shift hours and a 40-hour work week.

• Preferred experience providing patient care.
• Follows Kansas Nurse Practice Act and related regulations.

Mansioni

• Assist with check-ins, examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Clarify medication orders and refills with pharmacies as directed by providers.
• Triage patient calls and assess health status.
• Coordinate services (labs, X-rays, home care, admissions).
• Provide patient education on meds, tests, and procedures.
• Document medical information using electronic forms.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of rooms and equipment.
• Participate in Patient Safety Rounds.
