Job summary

HealthOp Solutions seeks an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for a Prescott, AZ ambulatory practice with no call and a clear path to partnership. The base compensation ranges from $450K to $650K depending on experience, with a structured productivity-based partnership and profit-sharing model.

The role includes dedicated MA and scribe support, MICA tail protection, license reimbursement, and visa sponsorship options (J-1 waiver, H-1B transfers).

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required with training in interventional cardiology.
• Board certification or eligibility in cardiology is required or expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care in an ambulatory setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions.
• Provide interventional, vein, and vascular care within the practice scope.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Communicate diagnoses and care options clearly with patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, MAs, and scribes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Support patient flow and continuity of care.
• Build a high-quality patient panel as volume grows.
