Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry and/or medical cleaning preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass background and drug test.
• Covid vaccination or valid exemption accepted.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways.
• Empty wastebaskets, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal area.
• Sweep and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, and surfaces.
• Wash walls, door panels, window sills, and glass.
• Replenish supplies.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleanand polishlighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas.
• Empty wastebaskets,replace liners, and transport waste to the disposal area
• Sweep and vacuumfloors
• Dust Furniture, Fixtures, and Other Surfaces
• Clean and Sanitize Kitchen Appliances, Countertops, Cabinets, and Surfaces
• Washes walls, door panels, window sills, and glass
• Replenishes supplies

Job Qualifications:

• Covid vaccination unless applicant requests and is granted a medical or religious exemption
• Experience in the janitorial industry and/or medical cleaning is preferred but not required
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required
