Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families in line with hospital guidelines and ANA ethics. You will support up to 6 physicians and up to 5 nurse practitioners on clinic days, with occasional work near International Plaza.

The ideal candidate has an Florida RN license, an ASN from an ACEN/CCNE accredited program, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus strong communication and discharge

Qualifications

• ASN from ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Florida RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• NPDB self-query guidance may be required during application.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to up to 6 physicians on clinic days and up to 5 nurse practitioners on other clinic days.
• Deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families following hospital guidelines and ANA code of ethics.
• Engage in discharge planning, education, and information sharing with patients and families.
• Maintain timely baseline and comparative documentation of care and outcomes.
