Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Current New York State (NYS) LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Observes and documents patient status throughout treatment.
• Assists with treatment plan under RN or provider guidance.
• Provides routine nursing care as directed by RN or provider.
• Follows department evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines.
