Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Housekeeper position at AdventHealth Sanford ER in Sanford, FL. The role involves specialized cleaning to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, with a 3:00 pm–11:00 pm schedule and rotating weekends/holidays. No prior experience is required and training will be provided.

The fixed pay rate is $17.00 per hour. This position supports a caring culture and offers opportunities to contribute to patient and staff safety

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, vents, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
