About Us

We revolutionize the diagnosis and management of epilepsy and other seizure disorders. By offering our transformative services directly to patients in the privacy and comfort of their own home, we eliminate the stress and cost of prolonged hospital stays. Our mission is focused on compassionate, reliable patient care that upholds the dignity and comfort of our patients.

The Role

As an Ambulatory EEG Technologist, you will deliver specialized in‑home diagnostic services for patients with neurological conditions. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Accurately positioning electrodes on patients, taking precautions to prevent skin irritation or breakdown.
  • Clearly explaining the testing process to patients, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
  • Setting up EEG equipment and cameras in patients' homes to maximize safety and ensure precise recordings.
  • After testing, responsibly disconnecting and meticulously cleaning, disinfecting, and safely storing all equipment to maintain hygiene and integrity.

This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients to alleviate concerns about the testing process.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients.
  • Self‑starters who can operate autonomously with minimal supervision but are also effective team collaborators.
  • Clinical professionals with a knack for punctuality, keeping schedules, and meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of care.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills to interact confidently in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct EEG tests in patients' homes, ensuring electrodes are placed accurately and safely to minimize skin irritation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
  • Operate strictly within the guidelines of the American Society of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (ASET) and adhere to all regulatory standards.
  • Install EEG and camera equipment to maximize patient safety and ensure precise diagnostic readings. Conduct on‑site equipment testing and validation procedures.
  • Collect essential patient history from individuals across all age groups (infants to geriatric patients) and integrate this information into the patient's medical record.
  • Manage inventory efficiently to ensure availability for in‑home studies and minimize waste or loss of supplies.
  • Verify the accuracy of patient information upon equipment disconnect.
  • Ensure that all completed studies are uploaded promptly and correctly.
  • Clean, disinfect, maintain, and store all equipment according to company protocols.
  • Strictly adhere to HIPAA (and PHI) regulations, as well as the companys confidentiality and code of conduct policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of EEG experience (Ambulatory experience preferred).
  • CPR certified and have annual PPD test results.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license (or equivalent issued in the U.S.).
  • 2 years of experience in neurology, epilepsy, or a related field (preferred).
