Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, under supervision of experienced staff.

As part of the ESKD care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities, with opportunities to advance through CAP requirements and become a resource for the health

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms and document outcomes.
• Direct and provide safe, effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in staff training as assigned.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current appropriate state licensure
