• Documents age-specific assessments and supports care plan development.
• Collaborates with patients and families to develop and adjust care plans.
• Administers treatments and medications and documents in the EMR.
• Supports education needs of patients and families and participates in quality initiatives.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with standards.
