Thorough understanding of Medicare, insurance documentation, and compliance and coding requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct audits and identify coding/documentation trends.
Support providers with coding and compliance questions.
Train clinical staff on coding compliance guidelines.
Communicate audit results and manage compliance issues.
Skills
