Corewell Health is seeking a full-time clinic support role at the Summit Park site in Grand Rapids. The role assists in rooming patients, taking vitals, and supporting providers to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include EPIC In Basket tasks, FMLA/short-term disability processing, and phone coverage. A High School Diploma and BLS within 90 days are required to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/ACLS certification within 90 days.

Scope of work

Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a Provider or Registered Nurse (RN) in the examination and treatment of patients to facilitate clinic flow and provide excellent patient care. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and policies; communicate observations to members of the health care team. It will also include rooming patients, collecting vitals, and assisting in minor office procedures. EPIC In basket work. Processing FMLA and short-term Disability work. Answering phones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required


• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
