Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Clinical Practice Assistant (CPA) at the Malden Family Health Center to support both administrative and clinical duties in a busy ambulatory clinic. You will manage patient flow, assist with histories, and document in Epic while supporting providers with procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or MA program completion (or one year of MA experience), and BLS certification. English fluency is required with a second language a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program or one year of experience in lieu of program completion required.

• Greeting patients and answering the telephone professionally with accurate messages.

• Rooming patients and assisting providers with medical histories and procedures.
