Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Washington Registered Nurse license must be active on hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association on hire.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Collaborate with the health care team and support clinicians.
• Deliver care via direct, telephonic, telehealth or electronic encounters.
