Job summary

United Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional nursing care within the UHS Physician Practice setting. You will triage patients, support providers, and help coordinate safe, efficient care in a patient-centered environment.

The role requires NY State RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and at least one year in acute or ambulatory care. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Work is day shift in the Southern Tier NY region.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.
• Preferred: Previous experience in an outpatient setting.
• Current NY State RN license.
• Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days employment.

Responsibilities

• Triage and care disposition of patients.
• Clinical nursing care.
• Assist providers as needed.
• Facilitate care transitions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
