Advocate Medical Group—Merrionette Park is seeking an Ambulatory/Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, and uphold professional standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week, clinic hours, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external hires, with pay range $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting with evidence-based practice and compassionate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care for patients.
