Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a busy ambulatory setting. You will coordinate care using evidenced-based practices while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license in the practicing state, and possess BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in ambulatory settings.
